QUESTIONS AND DOUBTS IN CLASS

Dear Jim,

I’m writing to you because I am very worried about a problem that has happened to me recently. I think I like one of my best friends, Alex, and I don’t know what to do. When I am with her, I feel like the whole world is perfect and I would like to be with her all the time. However, I think that if I told her about my feelings I will annoy her and she will fall out with me. I don’t want to lose her but I need to let her know that I am in love with her. I feel confused, what should I do?

Dear Morrisey,

I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It must be very difficult to be in love with someone that is your best friend. I understand how you feel, but you should do something about it. Why don’t you talk to her  and try to explain your feelings? Maybe she will understand you or even she also likes you  and feels the same. I think that she will be your friend if she doesn’t like you. You should trust her and explain how you feel. I’m sure you will feel better after that. Well, I hope this helps to solve your problem.
